With over 15 years of experience in skills development and accreditation, Charlene founded Proacto to help private colleges, NPOs, and companies achieve QCTO accreditation and digitalise their training departments. Her deep expertise in quality assurance, e-learning, and industry standards has established Proacto as South Africa's leading skills development consultancy.

Elizabeth-Anne's journey began in restaurant management at Spur Steak Ranches, where she trained and mentored new franchisees, and later served as Head of HR, Marketing, and Skills Development for the Quintet of Cuisines, spearheading training for 480 employees. As a partner at Proacto and co-driver of HURP, she has helped graduate over 267 students in ICT, retail, and hospitality — including facilitators, assessors, and project managers.
